Wealth,
measured
in
people.

I'm an orthopedic surgeon in Indianapolis. I help physicians build wealth that buys their time back and outlives their name. Without trading away faith, family, or health to get it.

In their words

That event you put on was really special, that Legacy Rx conference. Getting to meet a ton of your peers, a ton of your friends, a ton of doctors that just understand they can't be passive in their finances. I loved meeting an entire community of people that were all about that. It was really, really fun to be involved.

Kent Ritter

I still remember our conversations back then. You are who you say you are. We talked about finances, we talked about life. It's cool to be here seven years later. I appreciate you and what you're doing for people. You are who you say you are and more.

Dr. Steven Bennett

You get around people like Kyle who are multiplying money. They're taking $500,000 and multiplying it. You start having these kinds of conversations, and it's going to go a lot further for you.

Dr. Benjamin Masiel

Thanks so much, Kyle. This is amazing. So happy that you've taken this on as a passion. I love what you're doing.

Scott Jarred

I would much prefer a lot of people invest in syndications with you, Kyle, than do active deals with me.

The funeral that changed everything

A thousand people stood for my dad.

The church was full before the service started. People lined the walls. More waited in the lobby. Over a thousand came for a man who never chased a title in his life.

In his last week we talked about money. His money. I assumed there was a fortune tucked away somewhere. We did the math together, and he leaned back and smiled. I spent it all on you guys.

On the drive to the cemetery my sister looked back. Headlights behind us as far as we could see, in the rain. That line of cars taught me more about wealth than any portfolio ever has. It's why LegacyRx exists.

Still telling the story

The honest part

The math stopped working.

If you're drained, it isn't a character flaw. Look at the numbers. Roughly half of us report burnout in any given year, and the spikes line up with the system, not with how hard anyone works.

And the trend doesn't bend back on its own. Patients are getting older and sicker. The physician supply isn't keeping up. The paperwork grows every year. And the real pay for the work has been sliding for two decades while the cost of running a practice climbed.

Burnout, by year

Paid less to run more

Cumulative change since 2001. In real terms, Medicare pay is down 33 percent.

Where the clinic day goes

For every hour with patients, close to two on the screen and the desk

None of that is fixable from inside a clinic schedule. That's the honest case for owning things that pay you while you sleep.

Which brings me to the order I keep.

What I refuse to trade

Five things, in order.

Most days, anyway. LegacyRx helps physicians build wealth, create freedom, and leave a legacy that lasts. Without giving up any of these to get there.

How I got here

From the OR to ownership.

The OR

Sports medicine orthopedic surgeon. The work is a privilege and it never taught me a thing about money.

The question

High income, no time. I started asking what I was actually building, and for whom.

The assets

Multifamily, hospitality, self-storage. Things that work the night shift so I don't have to.

The room

October 2025. The first LegacyRx conference. A full room in Indianapolis, and proof I wasn't the only one asking.

What's next

A book on the way, and forty five seats this October.

More of the same

People keep saying so.

That's why I'm so grateful for you taking this on, because I can only do what I do, but we've got to be able to help people in that way.

Scott Jarred

Really love what you're doing in the medical world, because those men and women doing those businesses, I really believe they're serving heart. They're trying to help mankind.

Jerry Vaughn

Kyle, first of all, I want to thank you for having me on today. I really enjoyed meeting you and I love what you're doing, and I'm excited about meeting with you.

Jerry Vaughn

Kyle, I also want to say I love what you're doing. I'm super excited about this next venture as you get into that.

Dr. Conrad Ivey

I think you put it beautifully. Thank you so much for having me on, it was awesome.

Gabriel Verdaru

Fantastic, Kyle. Pleasure to be with you, man. Excited for this. Thanks for having me, it was a blast.

Jeff Thomas

Always fun to hang out with you on a Sunday, Kyle. We'll do it again soon.

Curtis Edwards

Thank you very much. Thanks, Kyle. I appreciate it.

Dr. Blake Miller

Good to meet you and good luck with your podcast. Thanks for the opportunity, Kyle, much appreciated.

Steve Willie

The podcast

Doctors Investor Club.

Conversations with physicians who own things, and the experts they learn from. A few to start with.

The book

The title is still at the printers.

It starts at my dad's funeral and works forward from one sentence he left me. The money chapters are real, cash flow and taxes and real estate. But they're tools. The book is about what the tools are for.

And it ends on the question I can't put down. What am I building that will still matter when I'm gone?

The free ebook

A short read, on the house.

Being finished now. Practical, honest, and free. The kind of thing you read on one call shift and act on the next morning.

"A fit body, a calm mind, a house full of love. These things cannot be bought. They must be earned."

The why

The people the wealth is for.

Andrea and I have four kids. Every investment I make either buys time with them or it doesn't clear the bar. That's the whole filter.

"The righteous are as bold as a lion." Proverbs 28:1. It's why the lion wears the white coat, and it's the standard I keep missing and reaching for anyway.

Letters from Kyle

One note, most weeks.

What I'm building, what I'm reading, and what I got wrong. No pitches. You can leave anytime and I won't take it personally.
